Contract Specialist
The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts in support of business operations. This role ensures compliance with legal, financial, and company standards while supporting internal stakeholders and customers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Minimum requirements and qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant Contract Specialist experience OR an associate's degree and 4 years of relevant Contract Specialist experience OR 6 years of relevant professional Contract Specialist experience. Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiation, as well as knowledge of legal, financial, and standard business practices related to contracts, are also required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, database software, email, and web-based applications is necessary.
Preferred skills and qualifications include an advanced degree and/or formal training in Business, Finance, or Marketing and direct experience in Airline or MRO contracting.
Major responsibility areas and duties include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in accordance with company policies and business requirements, ensuring contracts comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards, collaborating with internal teams and customers to support contract execution and performance, maintaining contract documentation and records in accordance with company procedures, supporting contract lifecycle activities including modifications, renewals, and closeout, and communicating contract status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Additional duties include performing other duties as assigned to support business operations.
