Elite DNA Therapy Services, one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in Florida, is expanding rapidly. We strive to deliver high‑quality, accessible care and foster a supportive environment that enables professional growth.

We are looking for a full‑time Business Development Representative to serve the Jacksonville, Ocoee, Maitland, Oviedo, and Ormond Beach area. The role focuses on building and sustaining relationships with referring physicians to promote our specialized services, including psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychosocial rehabilitation, EMDR, and group therapy.

• Host luncheons, dinners, happy hours, and other events to connect with prospective referral sources.
• Be flexible, willing to travel, and maintain reliable transportation.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Perform service recovery when necessary.
• Complete additional duties as assigned, including temporary or long‑term responsibilities beyond this list.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, healthcare, or a related field (experience may substitute for some education).
• Marketing or sales experience for two or more years (industry experience is a plus).

• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills with individuals and groups in diverse settings.
• Bilingual ability is helpful but not required.

• Research and data analysis capabilities.

Candidate must possess an active driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.
