Ready to shape the future of the industry and supply chain?

Launch your career as a future executive: we are looking for ambitious, curious, and driven engineers to join our management training program in supply chain management.

Over three years, divided into three rotations, you will gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work in different locations and various supply chain functions. You will work in a factory to get familiar with production, at our headquarters to master customer service and logistics, and during a final rotation you will explore engineering, procurement, quality, or our operations centers.

Who are we looking for?

A person who wants to become a future executive at Mondelēz International, enthusiastic about working in different environments within the supply chain and production, and willing to relocate for national rotations. You will need to be agile, have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, an innovative mindset, and the capability to work both in teams and independently.

Are you ready to challenge the status quo and assume a leadership role?

Profile we are looking for:

• Graduate engineer in management, operations management, engineering, supply chain, or logistics.
• While not mandatory, relevant experience gained through internships or similar experiences would be an advantage.
• Ambition to lead; examples illustrating leadership qualities demonstrated in your studies, hobbies, or professional context.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate (domestically or internationally) as part of the Graduate Program.
