Funto Network is seeking a Public Notice / Mail Merge and Tax Collector File Coordinator for an active RFP opportunity:
City of Tampa RFP 26-P-00283 - Stormwater Utility Data Management-Assessment Roll Production.
The City of Tampa seeks professional services for annual Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production, including parcel and folio updates, ESU analysis, mitigation credits, QA/QC reporting, public notice support, Tax Collector files, compliance assistance, staff training, and technical support for web-based assessment applications.
Core responsibilities include coordinating public hearing notice data, mail merge files, first-class mailing support, public review copies, test files, final assessment roll files, government bills, hardship letters, and Tax Collector file readiness. Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements. Coordinate with Funto Network and related consultants to support a complete, professional response. Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed. Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
What you bring includes relevant experience for this RFP-based role, strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements, experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured submission requirements.
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the Funto Network mobile app. Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app. The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
