As a Strategy& Fit For Growth Director, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

• Leading strategic consulting engagements to provide insights and guidance for client growth and performance optimization
• Analyzing market trends and business performance to develop actionable recommendations for clients
• Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and enhance business operations
• Developing and implementing effective strategies that align with client business objectives
• Driving business transformation initiatives and supporting clients in achieving strategic goals
• Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making
• Utilizing data analytics to enhance client insights and strategic planning
• Promoting innovation and technological advancements within client engagements
• Mentoring and guiding teams to cultivate leadership potential and drive project success
• Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to foster long-term partnerships

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
• Demonstrating strategic leadership in technology, media, and telecommunications sectors
• Driving business growth through innovative AI strategies and solutions
• Cultivating potential in teams by mentoring future leaders
• Translating complex business strategies into actionable plans
• Promoting technological advances to enhance client satisfaction
• Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
