What You’ll Do- Client inquiry management
- Effectively communicate order errors and requirements betweenthecompany and clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clientsaccurateorder statusupdatesvia email and phone
- Document and update client records based on the operating CRM
- Find innovative ways to enhance the client experience from start tofinishof a deal
- Represent the company's core valuesof being

- Previous experience in client success or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)
