Drive user-centered analysis by leading journey mapping, workshops, and requirements discovery to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user journey mapping to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Facilitate workshops/interviews to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and clear documentation
- Align business and tech teams to ensure delivery clarity and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in process mapping and user journey frameworks
Comfortable working in Agile environments
