SummaryThe Business Transformation Analyst, Lead – Capacity Management is responsible for advancing provider capacity management across assigned specialty teams. This role leads a team of resources that provide day‑to‑day administration and implementation of provider template enhancements, while also performing advanced analysis to generate meaningful business insights, monitor performance, and recommend actions required to achieve defined capacity, utilization, and operational standards. The role focuses on the analysis, design, optimization, monitoring, and governance of provider templates, resource groups, and scheduling algorithms.
In close partnership with Department Administrators, Clinic Operations, Providers, and scheduling and systems teams, this role ensures provider capacity is aligned with operational demand and organizational priorities. In partnership with the Executive Director of Patient Journey Transformation, the Lead Analyst executes enterprise capacity initiatives aligned with strategic imperatives and fosters a culture of empathy, service excellence, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration across clinic leadership, capacity management, and IT teams.

- Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills – Ability to analyze capacity, utilization, and scheduling data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements
- Leadership and Team Coordination – Ability to lead or coordinate work across teams, ensuring execution of capacity management initiatives and operational priorities
- Project and Program Management Skills – Demonstrated ability to manage projects, track milestones, facilitate meetings, and drive execution of key initiatives
- Operational and Process Improvement Skills – Working knowledge of process improvement, re‑engineering, and change management principles to support sustainable transformation
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to clinical, operational, and executive audiences
- Cross‑functional Collaboration – Ability to effectively partner with Medical Group, Clinic Operations, IT, and analytics teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Problem‑Solving and Decision Support – Ability to identify risks, trends, and opportunities and support data‑driven decision‑making across stakeholders
- Technical and Systems Acumen – Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems, reporting tools, and template or capacity management concepts to support operational optimization
