Corporate Strategy Analyst - FL Only

I am seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst in the Tampa Bay area. This position will work closely with senior leadership on business planning, financial and operational analysis, and strategic initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers but also wants to be involved in the conversations and decisions that come from the analysis. The right person will be comfortable working with executives, asking questions, challenging assumptions, and turning complex information into clear recommendations.

• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning and key business initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models used to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
• Analyze profitability, growth, productivity, cash flow, ROI, capital investments, and other key business drivers.
• Track progress against strategic goals and identify potential risks or areas that need attention.
• Review financial and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Research market, industry, and economic trends that may impact the business.
• Help evaluate new business opportunities and strategic projects.
• Turn analysis into clear recommendations and next steps for leadership.
• Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Work across departments to gather information, understand business needs, and support decision-making.
• Assist with annual business planning and other corporate strategy initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic finance, FP&A, business analytics, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience building detailed financial and operational models.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify the key takeaways.
• Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working through problems that may not have an obvious answer or established process.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
