Site Safety Coordinator

We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of a growing Florida construction company seeking a proactive Site Safety Coordinator. This role will promote safe working practices through site inspections, employee training, compliance monitoring, and accurate incident reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with field teams and management to identify risks and maintain safe job sites.

• Conduct routine job-site safety inspections.
• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Maintain incident reports and compliance documentation.
• Support corrective actions and safe working practices.

• 2+ years of construction safety or field experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong communication and recordkeeping skills.
