Senior Product Manager, Product Engineer

• Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and define product opportunities
• Shape pitches around prototypes and test ideas early to de-risk major bets
• Collaborate with engineering to size cycles, prototype quickly, validate technical feasibility, and ship and iterate products
• Use data and customer insights to validate assumptions and prioritize effective ideas
• Own product bets from shaping and pitching through delivery and launch
• Instrument analytics, define event taxonomies, and measure impact across activation, time-to-value, compliance, and adoption
• Run experiments on pricing, onboarding, and growth loops
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch features, enable internal teams, and accelerate adoption
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, demo environments, sample datasets, and win-loss insights
• Align product, engineering, and go-to-market teams around measurable business outcomes

• 5+ years shipping SaaS products and owning outcomes
• Ability to read and write code, query APIs, and communicate fluently with engineers
• Experience thriving in ambiguous 0→1 environments
• Data-driven approach with comfort instrumenting metrics, dashboards, and funnels
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with long‑term product strategy
• Clear communication with designers, engineers, executives, and customers
• Bonus: experience in insurtech, risk, compliance, or complex B2B workflows
• Bonus: experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs, OCR, embeddings, or evaluation frameworks
• Bonus: growth engineering or GTM operations experience, including lifecycle messaging, A/B testing, event modeling, or CRM plumbing
• Comfort exploring React, Type Script, Node, Python, Postgres, Redis, S3, AWS, Post Hog, Amplitude, dbt, SQL, n8n, embeddings, LLM-based workflows, Hub Spot, and Salesforce

Demonstrates expertise in shipping SaaS products, utilizing a data-driven approach to instrument metrics and validate product assumptions. Proficient in collaborating across teams to align product strategies with measurable business outcomes.
