But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.

That is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a segmented, handoff-dependent position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are grounded in informed reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate.

The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.

• Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through full onboarding.
• Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow-up activities.
• Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the profile of families for whom the model is best suited.
• Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

• Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
• Accepting enrollments from poorly matched families to satisfy targets.
• Leading a large team or working within complex approval hierarchies.
• Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple roles.
• Working from a remote location. This role requires on-campus presence.

Design and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that secures enrollment from aligned families while safeguarding the standards and effectiveness of the Alpha model.

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or independently operated services).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial inquiry through onboarding.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client, guest, or family interactions concurrently across different stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization method.
• Ability to supply specific examples of consultative judgment, including situations where you advised against your product or service due to misalignment.
• Professional-level written communication with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations:

  San Francisco, CA;
  Santa Barbara, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA; or South Bay, CA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
• Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative support.
• Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.
