Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Junior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management, financial analysis, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work streams, synthesize complex information, and deliver executive-ready materials
.

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects and program initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items using JIRA and other tools.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets and develop insights to inform decisions.
• Create executive-level presentations and management decks.
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, and metrics using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet objectives and governance requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years in Program or Project Management, PMO, Financial Analysis, or Business Management.
• Strong financial background with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analysis and reporting, dashboard creation, and financial modeling fundamentals.
• Hands-on JIRA experience for tracking and issue management.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
