Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre, ensure policy compliance, and support daily operations. You will be cross-trained across departments and coached to advance through the Management Accreditation Program to roles such as Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager.
Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, complete Cinemark's management courses, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
