Construction Integration Manager
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base + 10% bonus (flexibility to $130,000-$140,000 for exceptional candidates)
Location:
Remote to Southeast region of the USA

- Play a critical role in integrating newly acquired roofing businesses into a national organization.
- Gain direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO and company leadership team.
- Influence how operations, finance, procurement, and systems are standardized across multiple businesses.
- Work in a hands-on role that blends construction operations, business process improvement, and financial analysis.
- Help shape integration strategy and best practices as the company continues to expand.
- Enjoy strong visibility and career growth potential as acquisitions increase.
- Build expertise across construction operations, acquisition integration, and organizational transformation.
- Travel to operating companies and work directly with field leadership teams.
- Opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership responsibilities as the platform scales.
- Lead integration efforts for newly acquired roofing and construction-related businesses.
- Partner with field operations, finance, accounting, procurement, and leadership teams to align processes and workflows.
- Conduct operational assessments and due diligence to identify integration priorities and risks.
- Support implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that improve consistency, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Travel to acquisition sites to support onboarding, training, and integration activities.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-site business transformations within construction, roofing, building services, or a related industry.
- Background that combines construction operations exposure with finance, accounting, or business analysis experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
