Summary:

• Participate in a variety of projects and activities that includes completing research, extracting and analyzing data, supporting process improvement initiatives, attending meetings and participating in strategic and operational priorities of the department.
• Has already graduated from a college degreed program.
• May complete rotations in various departments and/or operational areas.
• There is an opportunity for collaboration and rotations through various disciplines and teams.
• Objectives:
  Increase knowledge and understanding of the health system and various department operations.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
