Managed Services Revenue Cycle Director

The Opportunity As a Managed Services Revenue Cycle Director, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Advisory practice, focusing on optimizing revenue cycle processes for our clients. You will be at the forefront of transforming business operations, leveraging your skills in business process improvement and automation to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic initiatives in revenue cycle management to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering relationships to support client satisfaction and retention
  • Guiding teams in business process improvement and transformation efforts to optimize performance and outcomes
  • Developing and executing project plans for timely delivery of managed services solutions
  • Promoting innovation and digital transformation to streamline workflows and improve service quality
  • Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation
  • Directing budgetary management and resource allocation to align with strategic objectives and maximize value
  • Governing physician revenue cycle operations across billing, collections, denial management, cash posting, credit resolution, and financial clearance
  • Resolving denials, rejections, and claim edits hands-on while transitioning execution to managers as the team scales
  • Leading multi-client, multi-specialty portfolios with blended onshore/offshore teams of 300+ associates for $250M+ net revenue organizations
  • Driving top-tier performance against cash collection, AR days, denial, and write-off targets across the client portfolio

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of Epic Consulting or Professional Billing experience

    Business Administration/Management, Engineering
  • Demonstrating strategic leadership in revenue cycle management
  • Utilizing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
