- Coordinate activities across OTIEC, Sunshine ERC, and USF Safety Florida OSHA 21(d) Consultation Program
- Facilitate communication between program directors and staff
- Identify shared-resource and joint-initiative opportunities
- Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Monitor milestones, identify barriers, adjust resources, and keep projects on track
- Prepare status reports for the SCORE Director, program leadership, funding agencies, and senior leadership
- Support grant, cooperative agreement, OSHA, and NIOSH data collection, tracking, reporting, and evaluation
- Maintain data on project operations, training, consultation, continuing education, and performance indicators
- Assist with training, education, consultation, and outreach initiatives
- Work with faculty, advisory groups, community agencies, professional organizations, and Education and Research Centers on program design
- Support SCORE websites, shared resource libraries, and promotional materials
- Coordinate dissemination of SCORE activities and successes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2 years of project management or coordination experience
- Project management certification may be required for some positions
- Preferred: 4 years of project management experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years with a master’s degree
- Experience in project coordination, reporting, and working with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple programs, departments, or partner organizations
- Experience coordinating grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, or federally funded programs
- Knowledge of USF internal grant management requirements
- Experience with OSHA, NIOSH, Education and Research Centers, OSHA Training Institute Education Centers, consultation programs, or similar organizations
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with faculty, program directors, staff, employers, community partners, professional organizations, and external stakeholders
- Experience supporting training, education, consultation, outreach, or professional development programs
- Proficiency with project management tools, shared work spaces, data tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms
- Strong writing, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or comparable credential
- Must meet all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.
Demonstrates expertise in project management, coordination, and communication across multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on grant management and program evaluation. Proficient in utilizing project management tools and data tracking systems to ensure project success and stakeholder engagement.
