Administrative Residency Program – Moffitt Cancer Center Program OverviewThe Administrative Residency at Moffitt Cancer Center is a prestigious, preceptor-guided, 12-month program designed to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders. This immersive experience offers recent graduate students the opportunity to engage in high-impact projects, gain exposure to executive decision-making, and contribute meaningfully to the mission of transforming cancer care, research and innovation.
Program Objectives- Accelerate Leadership Development:
Participate in diverse, hands-on initiatives through departmental rotations that build strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities under the direction and guidance of Moffitt’s Executive Leadership. - Support Organizational Talent Needs:
Serve as a pipeline for future leadership roles within the Cancer Center. - Align Career Aspirations:
Customize residency experiences to reflect each Resident’s professional interests and long-term goals. - Facilitate Career Readiness:
Equip Residents with the skills and insights needed to transition into full-time leadership positions upon program completion.
Master’s degree (e.g., MHA, MBA), or an advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Innovation. Degree must be conferred between July 1, 2026, and May 30, 2027. Degree must be obtained from a U.S.
-based accredited institution.
Candidates must be early-career professionals entering the workforce directly after graduate school.
Salary RangeSalary Range $63,377.60 - $96,699.20 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions. We are committed to maintaining fair and equitable pay practices and regularly review compensation to ensure alignment across our workforce.
