If resolving ambiguous indications and architecting rock‑solid inspection systems is your craft, join us as the governance leader for NDT at our high‑integrity investment casting site producing nickel‑based superalloy airfoils. You’ll serve as the program owner for VT/VI, PT, UT, and RT—spanning CR, DR, and CT—shaping standards, elevating people, and synchronizing practices across Siemens Energy.

Build an NDI ecosystem that is precise, predictable, and scalable. Reduce defect escapes. Minimize non‑conformance cost. Protect safety‑critical hardware.

• Set and enforce method standards:
  Create, approve, and maintain procedures and acceptance criteria under ISO 9001.
• Be the final technical voice:
  Provide authoritative dispositions on nonconforming material and complex read‑across for RT/UT indications.
• Modernize the toolchain:
  Lead qualification/validation of inspection systems, with a strong emphasis on DR capability and supporting software.
• Elevate competencies:
  Oversee qualification, certification, and recertification per ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A and ANSI/NAS 410 / EN 4179; administer exams and curate training records.
• Grow experts:
  Mentor inspectors to ensure consistent technique application and interpretation accuracy.
• Scale excellence:
  Harmonize requirements with NDE counterparts across Siemens Energy; embed robust NDI into NPI; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 8+ years operating as an ASNT Level III within high‑risk manufacturing (aerospace/power gen ideal).
• BS in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar—or equivalent hands‑on expertise.
• ActiveASNT LevelIII in RT, PT, VT, and UT.
