Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent Position, $30M+ ground up projects in Tampa working for a ENR Top Ranked Southeast Commercial General Contractor. This Jobot job is hosted by Ben Kimbrel. Salary $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

Based in the southeast with a growing office in Tampa, we are a $1B+ ENR Ranked Commercial General Contractor. Our core values are centered around our people and our clients. We have a large pipeline of projects in the Tampa Bay area including multi-family high-rise, healthcare, and office buildings.

• 3+ years’ experience in Construction management
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Experience with ground up commercial construction projects required
