Construction Superintendent – Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale multifamily developments in the Tampa area.

• Lead all on-site construction operations for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient progress.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and provide accurate daily and weekly reporting.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Enforce and monitor jobsite safety practices in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to communicate project status, resolve issues, and support strategic decisions.
• Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and site cleanliness.
• Participate in project meetings, pre-construction planning, and post-project evaluations.
• Identify and proactively address potential delays, conflicts, or safety concerns before they impact project delivery.

• Experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
