Overview

Construction Senior Project Manager position for $10M+ projects in Tampa with a $100M+ Commercial General Contractor. No travel required. Competitive benefits, bonus, and truck allowance. Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

• Lead construction projects (typically $10M+), managing scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, procurement strategies, and site logistics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Experience with commercial construction required
• Experience with complex renovations and ground-up projects preferred
