Florida Coastal Paving, a is growing and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our paving crews. Whether you have experience or are new to the industry, we provide the training, support, and opportunity to grow into operator and leadership roles.
Position OverviewCrew members support asphalt paving operations on commercial, municipal, and roadway projects throughout Florida. This is hands‑on, team‑driven work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and grading operations
- Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
- Perform general labor duties to keep projects moving efficiently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Construction or paving experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
