Urgently Hiring:
Traveling Construction Superintendent (Multifamily & Commercial)

Home Base: Tampa, FL

Travel Area: Southeast U.S. (primarily Florida and Georgia)

We are urgently hiring an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent based out of Tampa, FL to oversee multifamily renovation, paint, and commercial projects across the Southeast, with most work located in Florida and Georgia
.

This role is for someone with real field experience who knows how to run jobs, manage crews, and keep projects moving without constant supervision. This is not an entry-level position.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on multifamily and commercial job sites
• Managing subcontractors and in-house crews
• Running commercial buildouts and/or commercial new construction projects
• Keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget
• Coordinating with property managers, owners, and internal project managers
• Conducting site walks, inspections, and quality control
• Enforcing safety standards and jobsite cleanliness
• Tracking labor, materials, and daily production
• Traveling between job sites throughout Florida and Georgia

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman
• Commercial buildout and/or commercial new construction experience
• Strong background in multifamily construction and renovations
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and schedules
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Exterior renovation experience (siding, stucco, concrete, roofing)
• Experience working on occupied properties
