What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate daily job site operations, material delivery, and crew performance
• Uphold high safety and quality standards (think above OSHA minimums - we walk the talk)
• Train and mentor field staff, ensuring long-term team development
• Communicate closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure success on every job

What You Bring:

• Deep hands-on roofing knowledge - you've been on the roof and understand what it takes to get it done right
• Leadership experience running crews and job sites (especially on boutique or specialty commercial projects)
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your work
• Experience with safety programs and crew training is a major plus
