Job Title: Commercial Construction Safety Professional
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re seeking experienced safety professionals with a strong background in commercial drywall or general construction environments to support projects in Orlando and Tampa, Florida — with Tampa as the priority focus. The Safety Professional will drive onsite safety activities, support compliance, and collaborate with field teams and project stakeholders to maintain a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement jobsite safety initiatives and programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and compliance audits.
- Deliver safety talks and toolbox sessions with confidence and clarity.
- Serve as a safety resource to field personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of onsite personnel.
- Construction site experience (not limited to safety roles) in a commercial environment.
- Bilingual (English +Spanish) — ability to communicate safety information clearly across crews.
- Technical proficiency with software, tablets, and digital reporting tools.
- OSHA Certifications — OSHA 30-Hour preferred; OSHA 10-Hour minimum (completed within last 3 years).
- First Aid/CPR & AED Certification (completed within last 3 years).
- Comfortable with public speaking (leading safety talks, crew briefings).
- Strong communication and customer service skills
, including engagement with general contractors and project teams. - Safety certification or relevant training is preferred.
Candidates should combine hands-on construction understanding with safety leadership — possessing the ability to engage crews, enforce standards, and build rapport with field teams and clients. Experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, or interior construction safety roles will be well suited for success in this position.
