• Create and execute project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet evolving requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking timelines and costs
• Supervise vendors to ensure satisfactory project completion and compliance with specifications
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality service
• Prepare and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) bid documents and contracts for vendors

• Minimum of two (2) years of commercial real estate experience
• B.S. Degree in related fields such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a construction‑related project accountability role
• Hands‑on experience with tenant improvement construction projects and ability to read construction specifications
• Superior oral and written communication skills and strong time management abilities

• Proven leadership ability and experience in client management and consultation
• Experience in an advisory and/or project management capacity
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight
