This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in the Greater Tampa area. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating schedules, supervising site activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring quality control. The role requires strong leadership to liaise with stakeholders, address challenges, and ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
- Strong Organization Skills for managing schedules, teams, and projects effectively
- Experience in Budgeting and maintaining financial oversight of project costs
- Competency in Project Management principles to coordinate and execute construction projects seamlessly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and teams
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in construction management or a related field are beneficial
