Custom Builder Project Manager

Milana Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee high-end custom residential construction projects in the South Tampa area.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of projects, communicates well with clients and subcontractors, and can maintain high standards of quality, organization, and accountability throughout the construction process.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can manage schedules, coordinate trades, maintain job‑site standards, and help deliver exceptional homes and client experiences.

• Oversee daily field operations for custom home construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify delays or conflicts
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct regular jobsite walkthroughs and maintain clean, organized sites
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and internal team members
• Track project progress and assist with budgeting and cost control
• Review scopes of work and verify subcontractor completion
• Ensure safety compliance and professionalism on all jobsites
• Utilize project management software for scheduling, documentation, and communication

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction management or superintendent roles
• Experience with custom homes or high‑end residential construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with high standards for quality and accountability
• Ability to read plans and coordinate effectively with trades and consultants
• Experience with CoConstruct or similar project management software preferred
