Partners Development & Construction Group is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Pre-Construction department in Tampa, Florida. You will be responsible for the overall estimate completeness and control of project budgets, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, over 5 years of experience with a general contractor, and estimating software knowledge. Larger project experience ($50M+) is preferred.
