Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Strong expertise in property construction processes and project management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
