Job Description
- Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project efficiency.
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential challenges.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in construction or a related field within the property industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various site activities effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
