Project Manager, Operations Manager

Overview

Project Manager – Construction Consulting in Tampa. Full-Time, travel: variable. Responsible for providing construction risk management services and delivering outstanding client service through technical expertise and creativity.

• Technical report writing; clear, concise condition and status reports
• Construction risk management services including:
• Document and Cost Review
• Construction Progress Monitoring
• Project Evaluation
• Pay Application Review
• Cost to Complete
• Budget Reviews
• Property condition assessments including:
• Evaluating the condition of building components/systems
• Making recommendations for maintenance and remaining useful life for building systems
• Cost estimation associated with the replacement of building components/systems

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management and/or engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or construction-related fields such as architecture, construction management and/or engineering
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types, general building codes, and industry standards
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, advanced technical writing skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to provide outstanding client service
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to climb ladders, roofs, work outside, navigate stairs, sites and building interiors
• Travel required
• Valid driver’s license; candidate will be responsible for transportation
