We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent who takes pride in running clean, organized jobsites and delivering projects the right way — safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for driving field operations from start to finish — managing subcontractors, maintaining schedule, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality across every phase of the project.

• Run daily field operations and keep projects on schedule
• Lead subcontractors and coordinate all trades on-site
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans and specs
• Identify issues early and keep the project moving forward
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project teams
• Review drawings and schedules to ensure proper execution
• Manage documentation, daily reports, and site communication

• 5+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent
• Experience running commercial ground up projects in the $5M–$30M range
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
• Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules with confidence
• Procore experience preferred; solid Microsoft Office skills required
• A leader who communicates well, takes ownership, and drives results
