Construction Superintendent - K12

The Construction Superintendent - K12 will oversee and manage the daily operations of K-12 construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes in the property industry. Description Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project challenges. Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders.

Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to maintain project schedules. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays. Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce safety protocols at all times. Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to approved plans. Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in the K-12 sector. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and compliance requirements. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
