Senior Preconstruction Manager

• Provide leadership in the preconstruction phase of projects to assure success.
• Direct and assist the preconstruction team with contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding.
• Prepare detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, and design development construction) and analyze cost models of very large, complex, specialized, and/or multiple projects.
• Delegate and manage other Preconstruction staff.

• Ten (10) years of preconstruction experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability of project teams with successful outcomes.
• Proficient in Bluebeam software for creation and modification of PDF documents.
• Proficient in Timberline Estimating software.
• Proficient in Agtek, iSqF.
• Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum.
