Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the preconstruction phase of projects to assure success.
- Direct and assist the preconstruction team with contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding.
- Prepare detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, and design development construction) and analyze cost models of very large, complex, specialized, and/or multiple projects.
- Delegate and manage other Preconstruction staff.
- Ten (10) years of preconstruction experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability of project teams with successful outcomes.
- Proficient in Bluebeam software for creation and modification of PDF documents.
- Proficient in Timberline Estimating software.
- Proficient in Agtek, iSqF.
- Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum.
