Glazing Estimator/Precon Manager
Management Recruiters of Davidson is a premier recruiter specializing in the Glass / Glazing Industry. We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Precon Manager for our client in the Tampa area.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Experience with estimating and bidding Curtain wall, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, Storefronts, and Skylight projects
- Ability to assist in New Business Development with GC’s and End Users
- 3 or more years of experience estimating major glazing projects
- Ability to:
Read blueprints, do take-offs, compile pricing, proposals and secure contracts - Knowledgeable with Estimating software
- Demonstrates Communication Skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management & site personnel, etc.
Only qualified and experienced candidates will be considered. Must have previous experience in the Glass and Glazing Industry. All other trades will NOT be considered.
