Lead Field Operations on Utility-Scale Solar Fencing Projects
Perimeter Solutions Group is a leading installer of perimeter fencing and gate systems for utility-scale solar farms across the U.S. As our Energy Division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple project sites in the Southeast.
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on construction leader who enjoys travel, leading crews, and working on large‑scale renewable energy projects.

- Oversee daily field operations on utility-scale solar fencing projects
- Coordinate crews, crew leaders, and site activities
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Serve as Site Safety Supervisor / Competent Person as required
- Conduct site visits with clients, GCs, and project stakeholders
- Review project schedules, production goals, and documentation with Project Managers
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward
- Manage QA/QC inspections and project reporting
- Track progress, verify quantities, and document completed work
- Communicate scope changes for change order processing
- Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or construction leadership role
- Background in fencing, civil construction, utilities, or solar projects preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast U.S.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Utility‑scale solar construction experience
- CDL license
- Equipment operation (skid steer, forklift, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
