We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in AHCA Healthcare projects to join a Top ENR
- Rated General Contractor in the industry. The role is based in Tampa, FL and involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations. Description Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee and enforce compliance with AHCA Healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients as required.

Ensure safety standards are upheld on all project sites. Foster effective communication among all project participants. Profile A successful Construction Project Manager should have: 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects within the AHCA Healthcare sector. 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects. Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
