CDM Smith is seeking a qualified estimator to support the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects in the Tampa region. You will perform quantity take-offs, develop material price lists, and research costs to generate reliable cost estimates and OPCCs for design-build efforts.
You will coordinate pricing with subcontractors and assist in change management while supporting project teams in the field.
