- Responsible for daily labor needs
- Teams are split out as commercial, service or metal
- PPE and safety training is provided
- Any drivers are expected to present a clean MVR, otherwise they will be assigned to a team with a truck
- Assist team with various tasks as needed
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support and abide by the values of the company
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior roofing or job with fall protection preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Need to have proper boots for most job-sites
- Must Know the Following
- TPO
- Modified
- Sheet Metal
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and school badging.
