Superintendent - The onsite Superintendent collaborates with the Project Manager and reports to the Director of Construction. The Superintendent must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints of the complete structure and must ensure that all subcontractors are accurately understanding the construction drawings.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed
within the appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Superintendent organizes work, directs
personnel and vendors, completion rates and costs daily. They ensure that appropriate materials and
equipment are available in the required time frame and that any issues are addressed or escalated. The
Superintendent consistently evaluates on-site hourly personnel, conducts safety meetings, enforces safety
rules, and secures the site/building at close of each workday. The Superintendent is a leader on the construction site and is responsible for communicating progress to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Managing daily site operations for residential projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure materials, equipment, and labor are on-site and prepared as needed.
- Monitor job site safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and address any potential hazards to ensure compliance with Osha and Florida state regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections and report any deficiencies, ensuring adherence to project specifications and building codes.
- Documents daily construction progress, maintain job logs, and report on project status to the Director of Construction and the Project Manager.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts quickly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.

- Maintained records of materials used, labor hours, and progress reports, contributing to effective project budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent proven years of experience in a construction role.
Osha 30-hour construction safety certifications; first aid and CPR certified
