Contractor Source is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from post-sale through final completion. This field-integrated role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of residential remodel projects and ensure every installation meets Contractor Source standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage residential remodeling projects from post-sale through final inspection
• Coordinate schedules with templaters, installers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct project kickoffs to review scope, timeline, and responsibilities
• Monitor project timelines and ensure efficient completion targets
• Verify plans and measurements to ensure accurate installations and minimize material waste
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the project
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, site access issues, and material delays
• Perform on-site quality checks to ensure work meets installation standards
• Ensure compliance with EPA lead-safe practices and safety guidelines
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, and change orders
• Document project progress with reports, photos, and measurements
• Present completed work to customers and obtain final approvals

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management (countertops or remodeling preferred)
• Strong understanding of interior remodeling and installation processes
• Ability to read plans and site documents
• Experience using project scheduling tools
• OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites across Florida

This is a field-based position working at job sites, fabrication facilities, and client homes. The role may require:

• Standing or walking for extended periods
• Lifting materials or equipment up to 50 lbs
• Climbing ladders or stools to inspect work
• Working varied schedules including longer project days when necessary
