We're representing a rapidly growing Florida General Contractor that's looking to add an experienced Senior Estimator to its Tampa team.

The business has an excellent pipeline of work, continues to grow across Florida and is investing heavily in its Preconstruction team. This isn't a replacement hire – they're adding another experienced estimator because of the volume of work coming through the door.

You'll take ownership of projects through the full preconstruction cycle, including:

• Conceptual and schematic estimating
• Detailed estimates and quantity takeoffs
• Subcontractor solicitation and bid leveling
• Scope reviews and identifying gaps
• Value engineering and constructability
• Working directly with owners, architects and trade partners
• Handing projects cleanly across to Operations

You'll have plenty of autonomy and won't just be sitting behind a screen turning around takeoffs.

We're primarily interested in people who have spent 5+ years estimating for a General Contractor and understand commercial construction.

Your background could include:

• Hospitality
• Mixed-use
• Commercial
• Education

You don't need to tick every box.
