Traveling Project Executive

The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a Traveling Project Executive. Responsible for the success of large and complex projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on difficult projects, as well as collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other high level leaders for success. This position will require seeing a project through to completion, and then relocation to a new project.

You will begin in the Iowa market working with one of our current Project Executives to learn our company approach, and then relocate to your assigned project.

Project Scope:
Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.

Planning:
Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.

Project Outcomes:
Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.

Financial Acumen:
Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.

Mentorship:
Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.

10+ years of project management experience

Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area

Availability to relocate to project
