Invitation Homes is seeking a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of homes in the Riverview/Ruskin area. You will lead pre move-out visits, resident orientations, and create scopes of work while coordinating with contractors to keep projects on schedule.
The role requires a high school diploma, OSHA 10, 2+ years of PM experience, and solid knowledge of residential construction. Strong communication and travel are essential; a valid driver’s license and tools are required.
