Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results in the property industry. in ground up construction projects throughout the state. Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. Support project managers in managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Contribute to achieving project goals and milestones efficiently. Experience in construction management or a related field within the property industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project elements effectively.
