Description Manage all phases of K-12 and municipal construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues as they arise. Manage procurement processes, including selecting vendors and negotiating contracts. Oversee project teams to ensure efficient collaboration and successful project outcomes. Profile A successful Construction Project Manager - K12/Municipal should have: A background in the property industry, with a focus on construction management. Experience managing K-12 or municipal construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage project teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with construction management software and tools. A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
