Senior Estimator

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned construction company with over 50 years of experience and a strong pipeline of multifamily projects.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to support projects ranging from $10M to $100M
. This is an opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team and work closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have strong multifamily estimating experience and ideally come from a larger general contractor, bringing valuable market knowledge, processes, and industry relationships.

• Multifamily experience
• Experience estimating projects of $10M+
• Strong knowledge of takeoffs, budgets, bids, and cost estimates
• Experience with subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Good understanding of the local construction market
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress into a leadership position

• Competitive salary of $100,000 – $170,000
